• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including accidental purchase or dissatisfaction with the product

• Templates are licensed for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files, in original or modified form, with any third party

• Ownership of the template design and underlying files remains with RJC3. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the intellectual property

Consultations and Bookings

Booking a consultation through the Site reserves time with RJC3 but does not itself create a contractual obligation for services beyond that consultation. Any engagement for consulting, investment, staging, or event services will be governed by a separate agreement outlining scope, fees, and terms.
